Spring Rally 2017 May 5-7

Set in the picturesque Pocono mountains, Camp Canadensis is nothing short of an oasis. Teens will enjoy a weekend retreat away from the hustle and bustle of their busy lives and be refreshed in the deep woods and serene lakeside with their friends and godly youth leaders. Camp activities include basketball, volleyball, soccer, arts and crafts, canoeing, kayaking, gaga ball, hockey, and much more. Teens are also encouraged to participate in fun team building activities. All of these activities are done with the purpose of not only fun, but of glorifying God.

Our rally is a Christ-centered weekend. Each day begins and ends with a time of praise and worship and a devotional message given by our youth pastor, Pastor John Love. We gather in the outdoor amphitheater on the edge of the lake and have an amazing youth-led concert on Saturday evening. Without a doubt, Spring Rally is a memorable time with God at the center. Hope to see you there!

What to bring?

  • Sleeping bag, it can get really cold there
  • Spending money for meals on the road and snack bar
  • What not to bring?
While cameras are welcome, we desire that Spring Rally be a place for young people to retreat from their everyday routine and from the worldly distractions of today's society. Therefore, we ask that campers leave behind all electronic devices. As a rule, these items include, but are not limited to cell phones, pagers, beepers, laptops, computers, televisions, DVD players, Blackberry's, iPod, iTouch, iPhone and video cameras. We reserve the right to confiscate and hold these items, with no liability for their safety, until the end of the program.
  • General
Be prepared for cold, hot, or wet weather! Please do not come too early or too late!
  • Bedding
Sleeping bag or blankets, sheets and a covered pillow are required of all campers.
  • Clothing
MODESTY is the guideline. Seven changes of clothes are recommended: shorts, pants, shirts, tops, pajamas, sweatshirts, jackets, rain gear, a one-piece bathing suit, appropriate footwear, socks and underwear. Campers should come equipped with their own personal toiletries as well as insect repellent, a flashlight, their Bibles, notebooks and pens. Possessions should be marked with the camper's full name. Campers may want to bring tennis rackets, roller blades, skateboards, street hockey sticks, fishing poles or other sporting equipment.
