Outreach… reaching out to others with the uncompromised purity of the Word of God. We desire to provide the Body here in Baltimore with the opportunity and training to learn how to become effective witnesses for Jesus Christ.

Our desire is that as we grow in Christ we will understand the value of discipleship. As we are being discipled by the Word and our leaders, we go and disciple others.

We provide numerous programs that give the Body the opportunity to grow in this area of their Christianity. We believe that one of the deepest understandings of our relationship with the Holy Spirit is experienced when we are involved in winning souls to Christ. We comprehend the value of Grace and Mercy experientially and not just in conversations.

We are eternally grateful for Pastor Carl Stevens who has taught us the value of a soul, and the importance of true discipleship. We have a two fold vision, to lead the body into an increased effectiveness as more people learn to exercise the spiritual capacities, and to become even more effective in reaching the lost here in our “Jerusalem” and there in our “ Samaria” and in the uttermost parts of the world.
